Andy the Highlander came to prominence following his role in Outlander. His passion for storytelling includes displays of authentic kilts, swords, targes, muskets, and full Jacobite dress, explanations of “How to Wear the Plaid”, and bringing history to life, inspiring others to explore Scotland’s culture, heritage and history. Within easy reach of Inverness and Aberdeen airports, Rothes Glen offers breath taking views and is the perfect sanctuary for those looking for the finest Scottish break.
With space limited to 24 guests in 12 king-size suites, the Ultimate Scottish Weekend includes visits to Johnstons of Elgin and Pluscarden Abbey, whisky masterclasses, tours of Cawdor Castle and Ballindalloch Castle Gardens, kilt dressing displays, live Scottish music, Highland Games and much more.

You all inclusive stay includes:

Insurance and Cancellations
Bookings for all Ultimate Weekends Rothes Glen are non-refundable.
Please note the Ultimate Scottish Christmas Weekend at Rothes Glen is subject to a minimum of five rooms being booked by 18 March 2027. Should this number of rooms not be booked by this date, the weekend is subject to cancellation. We therefore advise guests only to book their travel to Rothes Glen once they have received final confirmation from Rothes Glen after this date.
All registered attendees will be notified promptly of any changes. If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund for that weekend and will be entitled to a special discount off a future Ultimate Weekend.
We recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the full duration of their stay.

We advise all guests to take out suitable travel insurance for the duration of their stay. In the event of a cancellation, please get in touch.

If your cancellation is received within 28 days of your arrival date, we cannot offer a refund.
