Insurance and Cancellations
Bookings for all Ultimate Weekends Rothes Glen are non-refundable.
Please note the Ultimate Scottish Christmas Weekend at Rothes Glen is subject to a minimum of five rooms being booked by 3 September 2027. Should this number of rooms not be booked by this date, the weekend is subject to cancellation. We therefore advise guests only to book their travel to Rothes Glen once they have received final confirmation from Rothes Glen after this date.
All registered attendees will be notified promptly of any changes. If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund for that weekend and will be entitled to a special discount off a future Ultimate Weekend.
We recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the full duration of their stay.

We advise all guests to take out suitable travel insurance for the duration of their stay. In the event of a cancellation, please get in touch.

If your cancellation is received within 28 days of your arrival date, we cannot offer a refund.
